PremCore
Particle/Flax/Tubeboard Core
Timber Core (Regal)
PremCore is a high density core material which requires no timber framing.
This proven construction, when correctly installed with suitable intumescent strips, will provide certified fire resistance.
This specification may be used on Fireshield and Firemaster doors at our option.

Solid core veneer door
SoundSure FD30
SoundSure FD30 doors incorporate high density core material which means the door’s construction achieves the requirements of the Building regulations Part E for acoustic transmission.
Once installed using the necessary components such as sound seals, the door’s will meet these requirements under operational conditions.
In addition, SoundSure FD30 doors are suitable for FD30 applications provided the installation criteria including the fitting of intrmescent strips are adhered to.
SoundSure FD30
PremCORE/Streboard is a 3-layer particle board, desinged for use as an interior flush door specification.
PremCORE/Streboard utilises a complex combination of chemical and engineering advances to provide an FD30 and FD60 rated interior door - fully tested and assessed to British Standards BS476: Part22: 1987.
1 Facing: Veneered outer faces
2 Door core: 43mm particle board (650kg/m3 3-layer monolithic core)
3 Lipping: In hardwood, as required (6mm as standard)
