MBP are able to offer pre-hung doorsets hung in softwood paint grade frames on three Royde & Tucker Hi-Load Hi-Load H105 lift off hinges. The hinges are supplied with satin zinc finish as standard but other finishes are available to special order.

The standard frame section is 95x32mm with a single 10x4mm groove for intrumescent strip. A loose stop (32x12mm) is provided. Where a frame depth in excess of 95mm is required, a 70x32mm frame is supplied with a loose extension to allow for a total frame depth of up to 200mm. The joint between the frame and the extension is covered by the door stop.

Doors can be supplied with vision panels (glazed if required) under the BWF Cerfifire scheme.

As doors are hung in a factory environment, tolerances are controlled to maintain fire certification.
